Handmade skirt from Jamaica. Date unknown. Modesto Garments Of Distinction brand. Red with various appliqués. Red has bled slightly on the lighter colored parts but still is super fun and in great condition. Has Jamaica embroidered on it. Elastic waist girls size 10. May run smaller Measurements Waist laying flat 9” but stretches Length 16”
