Vintage James Pringle Weaver Scottish Wool Kilt

This skirt is beautiful and unique made of Scottish wool with black leather buckle straps. Kilts are typically for men but this would be a beautiful women's skirt. Made by James Pringle Weavers in Scotland. Size 16 but fits more like a 12. The mannequin is a size 12. Buckle make for an adjustable waistband to fit a bigger or smaller waist. Excellent Preowned Condition.
