Vintage Japanese 80s 90s Tropical Colorful A-Line Midi Dress w Sash Size S M

Very cool dress made of stunning happy fabric :) I bought this dress at a vintage shop in South Korea, all the clothes were vintage imported from Japan. (I believe they buy and import large pallets to sell.) There is no tag to indicate this is from Japan though, unless the Tracy brand can be traced back to Japan. The dress is in excellent condition. No pilling or fading, no stains or tears. The zipper is sometimes a little difficult to zip up but all the teeth are in order, it's just not very fluid and oddly requires some strength to zip up and unzip. There is a hook and eye at the top of the zip I found difficult to get to attach, the eye part is thread not metal. I usually didn't attach them together and you can't really tell. The waist is elastic so it stretches! There's also pockets. The sash is thick and long. In the third photo, I folded it in half so it is double the length you can see in that photo. You could use it as a head wrap or something other than a belt! Waist measurements, laid flat: unstretched: 11.5" stretched: 17.5" I wear a small and this suits me well with a little stretch left. I sometimes wear a medium so I think it could work probably as a medium. I always get compliments when I wear this, it is so bright and sunny and happy. :)
