Vintage Japanese Kokeshi Wood Dolls

Vintage Japanese Large Kokeshi Doll Sasaku Creative Signed Ryusuke Saito A1 It is the work of Ryusuke Saito, famous for traditional Japanese crafts. Ryusuke Saito was born in 1925 and specialized in Kokeshi until he died in 2015. It's very impressive that the shape of the eyes and eyebrows match and the body is painted with autumn leaves. At the bottom is the author's signature. This charming set features to vintage Kokeshi Deese, a traditional Japanese folk crap known for their simple, elegant designs. Both doubts are handcarved from wood showcasing, delicate craftsmanship with hand painted facial features and vibrant red patterns on their bodies. The larger down stands approximately 12 inches. The smaller Dow stands 9 inches. These doubts are perfect for collectors of Japanese art or anyone looking to add a touch of culture to their home decor.
