Great preowned condition Beautiful Vintage Japanese Satsuma Divided Plate Platter with intricate design Stamped Made in Japan on the back It is a type of earthenware pottery that originated in the Satsuma province of Southern Kyushu, Japan The plate is multicolored with a raised design that is typically painted by hand in this pottery The side features an ivory or off-white crackled glaze Some gold areas are reflective in the light Measures approximately: 10” diameter, 7/8” high The black rim of the plate has some minor imperfections as shown in next to last photo Ships from my smoke free and pet free home
