Vintage Japanese hand beaded clutch

To my dismay, this NEVER USED HAND BEADED IN JAPAN CLUTCH SOMEHOW ACQUIRED A STAIN THROUGHOUT THE YEARS. I don’t know what it is, I’m to scared of ruining this item if I try to clean. I’ve had this at least 25 years. I bought it in an antique shop as an antique 25 years ago, no clue it’s worth now. Features include being hand beaded in Japan not a bead missing.
