Vintage Jean Lang dress

Beautiful 60s-70s dress. Zips up the back. There isn't a size or material tag. Measurements are approximate laying flat Bust- 38 Waist- 28.5 length- 42 I wear a medium usually and it fits a bit snug. I also have a very short torso so that could be my problem as to why it fits a bit weird 😅 No holes or stains. It's actually in really good condition other than some threading around the inside seam (In pictures) Feel free to ask any questions.
