Vintage Jean for Joseph Le Bon 100% silk oil slick sequin skirt , black band, & slit in back The band seems to have had elastic in it at one point but is no longer stretchy. It is approximately 23.5’ across so could still go over your head. NWT but has about 8 sequins missing at the band but there are spare sequins included in a bag on the tag.
