Vintage Jeffrey & Dara Evenings by Tom Barra Rainbow Glitter Sequin Rouched Top

1980’s or 90’s formal evening wear top. Excellent condition no flaws. The fabric is very stretchy like spandex and is pretty thick ,long sleeve waste length rouched long v neck on the front. The sleeves have a slightly flared bell shaped wrist cuff , which is really neat. Fabric is black and the design is a very tiny micro white grid like crisscross pattern all over and it has tiny glittery rainbow dots in the middle of each square sparkles really nicely in the light. It’s just really hard to capture on photos. Sparkle factor is much better in person.
