Vintage Jerry Leigh distressed denim fancy skirt

Almost one of a kind designer skirt, cleverly used lace and denim. Two layers of gathered lace from the hip down. 4 Loops (2in the front and 2 in the back) for a wide belt, side zipper. Perfect with a pair of boots, for your WCS night, or just anytime. Preowned in excellent condition. No stains or rips. High Waist is 15", and it is 20" long. (Belt or belt buckle NOT included)
