Retro evening/cocktail dress. The dress is elegant and very flattering. The neckline is collared, the sleeves are 3/4 length with rhinestone embellishments. The skirt of the dress is full flare and will reach a little below calf. Although I am not petite - the dress fit me perfectly at a size 12. I wore it to a holiday party, paired with black heels.
