Vintage Jessica Howard Pin Up Dress NWOT!

Beautiful vintage (early '90s) Jessica Howard formal dress featuring red with white polka dot tulle! This dress has spaghetti straps, a pretty bodice and is lined with an additional two layers of tulle. Zips in the back. Perfect pin-up dress! Never been worn and is in perfect condition! Tag says size 12, I'd say it's a little smaller - more like a 10.
