This black dressy formal dress is vintage preloved with slight wear at top of slit and appears velvet, made of 72% acetate/28% nylon! Fitted ankle length with high waist and has gold and silver swirls on top part and slit in front side for 19 in. Small removable shoulder pads. Size 8 with flat measurements pit-pit 19 in, under breast 16 in, waist 16 1/2 in, hips 19 1/2 in, length from top of shoulders 50 in.
