Vintage made in USA Jessica Howard by Mitchell Rodbell dress. This dress has zipper closure on center back. Front fabric covered buttons are decorative and do not open. Has sewn in shoulder pads, elastic waist, and matching belt. Side seam pockets as well. Fabric is marked as acrylic and has some stretch to it. Vintage size 8.
