Vintage clean and nice condition Jessica Howard size small button up dress. Sleeveless, vneck. Tie on back of waist for more fitted look. Tag says 3 piece suit but only dress is for sale. I do not have the other 2 pieces. Pit to pit measures 19 inches. Length from Armpit down is 35 inches. Black with tan/cream colored polka dots.
