Very old vintage cameo with chain. Magnet sticks to the chain but not the cameo itself. Needs cleaning if you want but I, personally, like the look the way it is. Cameo measures approx. 1 3/4" in length and 1 1/4" wide. The chain is probably an 18" with a turn clasp. Weighs just about 0.5 oz.
