Vintage Jill Jr Women's Dress Winter Coat

This is a vintage woman's winter dress coat by Jill Jr. It is not marked, but seems to me to be made of wool. It has large black round buttons on the front to close it. There is no size tag, but it is about 45 inches long, 25 inches pit to pit, 52 inches around. There is lint and stuff on it from storage but I don't believe it was worn much at all.
