Vintage J.jill gold velvet wrap skirt with beading

This lux gold velvet J.Jill top wraps and ties at the waist. It has beading at the neckline, across the hem and at the wrists. It has long lived in my closet since I couldn’t bear to part with it but it’s time….depending on build this falls midway between waist and hip.
