Vintage Joan Rivers Necklace, Joan Rivers Puffy Heart Necklace

Vintage from the 1980s Style: Victorian Amazing vintage designer signed Joan Rivers puffy heart pendant necklace. Faux pearl with a gold plated rhinestone bow and Prince of Wales chain. Chain is 32" long and heart measures 1 5/8" x 1 3/8" x 5/8" Could use a good cleaning, however in excellent condition for age. The box is aged, worn from being in the drawer.
