Vintage Joanie Char Raw Silk Teal Green Dress

This is a vintage raw silk teal green button down dress with a tie belt around the waist. I don’t see the size clearly marked but I think it is a size medium. It was likely made in the 70’s or early 80’s. It is in overall good condition but is previously worn. The measurements when the dress is laid out flat are 48” from top of back of neck to the bottom of the hem, 14” across the waist when flat and 18” across the bust when flat.
