Vintage Jody California Polka Dot Sheer Dress Women's Size 9/10. I believe this dress is from the 80s or 90s In excellent used condition with multi colored polka dots. Sheer and has tulip sleeves. Has a wrap style to it, connects at the shoulder area and has shoulder pads. Looks to have maybe had a belt at one point but does not have anymore.
