Vintage John Frederics Hat Green Wool Felt Beret Cap Wide Ribbon Cuddlers

Vintage felt hat, structured beret style with a wide ribbon decorating the back. Inside is labeled along the edge with "Cuddlers" and in smaller letters, "John Frederics" (the second John Frederics label is partially obscured behind the ribbon overlap). There is no size marking. It measures approximately 6x6.5 inside and approximately 7x7.5 outside. I have not been able to find information about a John Frederics style called "Cuddlers," so I am not sure if this hat is from before or after the John Frederics - Frederick Hirst partnership. Regardless, the hat is beautiful and classic!
