Vintage 70’s denim wrap skirt with patch pockets by John Meyer. Matching denim shirt jacket (though a different shade no doubt from more frequent washing) Excellent condition with the few stains I could locate only noticeable from the back side ...see last photo. Measurements laid flat 26-27 “waist. hips approximately 37” but both could easily be adapted as there is an 11” overlap Skirt length 37” Jacket chest 40” length 26” sleeve length 23” including 2” cuff

beauje Hi! Is this a full 1/2 circle skirt? Or is is more straight up and down? Also my waist measures 29” what is the waist measurement? : )

jeannieliv @beauje I’d say waist is 26-27” but the buttons could definitely be respaced to work for 29” waist Not sure what you mean by 1/2 circle. A-line or flared is my best description…each panel at waist is 9” and is 24” at the hem Let me know if that answers or doesn’t answer your questions 🙂

jeannieliv @mberaydin there is no tag to indicate. Only a tag I’ll post that indicates laundering suggestions. Material has a soft worn blue jean feel

mberaydin @jeannieliv Okay, thank you! would you be able to do a burn test and upload a picture of the results? this is done by taking a bit of fabric/a few threads from somewhere inconspicuous and burning them to interpret the ash. if a black bead is left behind it contains polyester, if it's just a gray ash it is 100% cotton. i am so sorry to ask this of you (i know it's a bit complicated), but i have a polyester allergy so it is important for me :)!

jeannieliv @mberaydin I would gladly do that except all the edges and seams are finished and it would require cutting into them There doesn’t seem to be anywhere I could do that without damaging the item.

mberaydin @jeannieliv hmm i see. the only place i see in the pictures that maybe could work is under the shirt label. i think i see it's serged with a blue thread, but i see some fibers sticking out i think. is there enough to take from there? again thank you so much for your help.

jeannieliv @mberaydin I don’t think there is enough anywhere without cutting into the seam stabilizing stitching Sorry
