Vintage John Philips Dress and Cover Combo. Size 16W. Beautiful dark green color with pearl buttons. Cover is in excellent condition with sheer sleeves and shoulder pads. Dress has a hole unfortunately in the front. I am thinking this dress is long enough that one could cut and hem and just make the dress a little shorter. Maybe even a mini dress! It’s too beautiful to go to waste! I provided measurements in the photos.
