Vintage Jon Mandl for Tam II black dress

Fully lined, long sleeve black dress by Jon Mandl for Tam II. Darted through bust and waist for a fitted silhouette and flowy skirt bottom. Features a deep scoop neckline and back zipper/eye/hook closure. Pre-owned and remains in good condition for a vintage piece. Flawed with a portion of the hem coming undone but can be easily mended. Also some snags to the inner lining (see pics). Size and fabric/care tags have been removed. Please see measurements below.
