Vintage Joy Stevens California 80's Power Red Flutter Dress, Size 8

Meet Linda! She is my other mannequin, and always looks disapproving. Adore this quintessential 1980's Working Girl dress, with a red and white print that is abstract, a ruching detail on the side that seems arbitrary but unveils two scarf like pieces that accentuate the waist and move like a dream. Neckline is a an exaggerated boatneck, and the sleeves flutter above the shoulder. Zips up back, and the skirts are actually three layers, but on the bias. Fun and flirty, and true to size. Size 8, and totally comfortable. And dramatic!
