Vintage Judith Ann Creations beaded blouse

I purchased this from a high end vintage store in LA several years ago and never wore it. It has been sitting gently stored in my closet and is a gorgeous creation. I think it’s time I passed it on to someone who might get good wear out if it. Size small. Still has tag on from Shareen vintage (where I purchased it)
