Vintage Judy Bond 80s Floral lace print Blouse Secretary 10

Vintage late '70s or '80s blouse by Judy Bond, dark blue and white lace pattern. Long sleeve and button front with an navy knit banded waist. Silky polyester fabric, tag size 10.
