@dchillas it’s in good condition but definitely has some normal wear and tear! No visible damage as far as I can see but I did have a tear a while at the top of the pockets that I did have stitched a few years back professionally. It was the seam at the top between the pocket and the jacket. Let me know if you have any other questions
