Beautiful tropical/ jungle inspired jumper. Bamboo and black body, floral sleeve wrap (attached), with wooden bead accents. Pleated front and wide leg. This is a petite size. Carol little petite brand. 100% rayon made in the USA, labeled size 6. I am 5’2 and this fits me well. Measurements High waist at seam seam 15 inches Below belly button 17 inches hips up to 20 inches inseam 24 inches- Keep in mind has a short ride because it’s a jumper style
