Vintage blue floral wrap style dress from the 1980s. Made by K.C. Spencer of New York. Size 10. 100% polyester. Zip back. Bottom front wraps around and ties on other side. Big colorful flowers all over. Small ruffle at bottom. Really pretty! Pit to pit measures about 19 1/4 inches lying flat. Top of collar down to bottom measures about 38 inches. Great for many occasions both casual and dressy.
