Great vintage piece Wonderful vibrant teal color Full circle dress Tie back No size tag but based on measurements and other comparisons from this brand I’m guessing 2T Know measurements! Approximate measurements when flat: 18 in long 11 in waist 12.5 in pit to pit Looked as if never worn, great condition until I noticed stain at the bottom. See last photo. LT2-33(TH)
