Poshers I’m letting this vintage beauty go! It’s a teal color black polkadot party dress. It is made by Karen Lucas for niki. Made in USA. The Black polkadot and trim on top and bottom is black velvet. Totally chic and cute! I will find a photo in my archives and post it so you can see how darling it looks on. It is a true size 4. Also price is firm, I invested money to redo the black trim on top because the color had faded
