Vintage Kasper ASL Navy Dress- Size 4P

Vintage navy Kasper ASL petite dress. Size 4P. Fits oversized. Great 90s dress with big gold buttons. There are some spots that need cleaning and I’m not sure if the one on the shoulder will come out. I wore it with the spots on the shoulder, hair covered it and wasn’t noticeable. Was like a mini dress on me because I’m closer to 5’10”.
