Vintage Kass China Horseman Plate 22 kt

This offer is for a vintage Kass China Company of E. Liverpool, Ohio plate featuring a horseman in red livery. The plate is angled at each corner and has a pleated edge which is a little rough feeling in place. I can not tell if it is manufactured as such or not. I googled searched this plate and have not been able to find a match. The horseman is in full regalia and is blowing a horn.
