Vintage Kate Greenaway toddler dress-size L--12 months??

This listing is for a vintage Kate Greenaway red & white toddler dress in a size large (12months maybe?) It has a white attached apron with 2 little embroidered appliqued hearts. Dress is somewhat faded in places & the white apron has yellowed some.
