Adorable Kate Spade blue rose dress. Features an empire bustline with adjustable tie to cinch. Size M/L but will probably best suit a medium as it will need to go on over your head. Good condition with a few small flaws. Light yellowing to the straps, a few tiny spots on the front of the dress, and about an inch of the hemline is fraying.
