Vintage Kathie Lee Black Floral Button Up Skirt

Reposhing this lovely item I purchased from @thecozyshire. Black background with white and green vines and leaves and yellow blooms. Buttons down front, back half of waistband is elastic. Waist: 36" relaxed to 43" full stretch Length: 33" Didn't fit my shape the way I imagined. Great condition and design, however! Questions? Leave a comment below!
