Vintage Kathryn & Co periwinkle dress. Pleated detail on bodice. Cream Peter Pan collar with tie detail at neck. Cream cuffs with opalescent button on each. Opalescent button on back of collar too. Adjustable belt at waist, 2 belt loops. Sheer lining underneath bodice, no lining at skirt (suggest slip). Has shoulder pads. Polyester and machine wash (see tag for details) From the tag- Size 8 (see measurements…prob fits more like a current 6, listed as 6) Made in USA Excellent vintage condition!
