Vintage Kay Windsor Dress 60s 70s Yellow Belted Women's Photos For Measurements

Vintage VTG beautiful Kay Windsor dress - likely 60s or 70s era. Union Made ILGWU tag. Yellow belted and comes with neck scarf ascot which is yellow and white stripes. I think the size tag has fallen off, so please refer to the measurements for sizing.  Has a couple of snags/small blemishes but nothing major that I noticed.
