Vintage Kelly green pencil skirt- I believe it is 70s yves St Laurent but no tag

Polka dot professional Kelly green Vintage pencil skirt- I believe it is late 60s early 70s maybe was Yves St Laurent but no tags…it was a part of a set- but facepalm sister lost the blazer and then note I cut out the lining because I found it scratchy. Trust me it was necessary and it flows much better. Comfortable to wear now and beautifully tailored this pencil skirt is a poly fabric per the 1970s. Made in Italy.. 30” waist, hips 38”, length 24” can be styled very vintage dramatic like Dita Von Teese… Or think the Jenna Lions era of J. crew with cashmere and a blazer… or hey, do you!
