Actual measurements are Waist 26", Back 33", Length 57" Wide lapel, gold tone trim buttons, Snap at waist, Loops for belt (NOT Included), cuffed sleeves. Item has no tears, stains, or repairs. It has a tag but no sizing, I would guess 10-12 but this is not guaranteed, go by the measurements.
