Vintage Key to Fashion Coming Thing 2T Blue Velvet Pinafore Overall Dress

Vintage pinafore / overall dress and under dress from Key to Fashion Coming Thing. Navy blue velvet pinafore with white and blue floral under dress. Under dress / lining has delicate blue floral print with ruched turtleneck and cuffs. Good vintage condition with some wear and color fading on the lining. The velvet pinafore has some fraying on the stitching (see last 2 pics). Armpit to armpit: ~10.5” Length: ~14”
