Vintage K-mart skirt

NWT Pleated soft creamy yellow hi waisted button down skirt. No brand skirt. K-mart tag (thinking 70’s) I removed the tag to wash and iron, will include in sale. A-line cut. Hem has flexi-lace hem tape. Vintage size 9/10. Vintage size runs very small to modern size. Please refer to measurements laying flat for fit Waist 12.5” Length 28”
