Vintage Knitted Pencil Midi Skirt Cashmere/Cotton Blend

Reposhing this item I recently purchased from @irinavolf. It didn’t suit me well (a little too large for my waist), but I’m hoping someone else will fit it better. It’s a 13in waist as shown in the photos. It has about three more inches of stretch so it can fit someone between a 26in-29in (maybe 30in) waist. So I feel like it’s more of a Small/Medium.
