Vintage Kramer hinged bangle bracelet

This beautiful vintage Kramer bracelet is in excellent condition - please review all photos. The only call-out would be that the hinge is a bit skewed, but still fully functional. Colors are beautiful bright blue, pink, and green. Other sellers have referred to this as cloisonne and it appears to be enamel.
