Vintage Krementz teddy bear brooch 14K overlay

This is a 14K gold overlay vintage teddy bear Krementz (signed- see photos) brooch with ruby gemstones for the eyes. I do not know if they are real rubies, so I have priced as if they are not. No wear, scratches, or damage at all from what I can see! Rare find!
