Vintage L E Smith Glass Moon and Star Blue Round Pedestal Compote

This gorgeous vintage L E Smith Glass pressed glass compote is just lovely! It boasts a lovely shade of deep blue, a crimped edge and light catching moon and star patterns. When the light shines through, the color is nothing short of spectacular! Use it as an accent piece and put it in a special spot where it will reflect light and brighten up your day. Fill it with candy, nuts or Flowers to brighten up a luncheon or dinner table. This piece is in excellent vintage condition. L E Smith first introduced the moon and star pattern to their catalogue in 1962. It is currently discontinued. This large compote measures measures 7 inches in height, 8 inches across the top, 3 3/4 inches across the base and weighs 3 pounds 3.4 ounces. There are no chips or cracks in the glass.
