@blue_kiwi_duds Hi there, I just measured dress lying flat unstretched from under arm to under arm is 21 inches so 42 total around. I will say it stretches a bit at least easily to 23 inches at the same area. I measured just a few inches down from under arms and got 20 inches and again same stretch. All the way down to the floor from side to side is the same 20 to 21 inches with easy stretch…thank you so much and if I can help with any other measurements please don’t hesitate to ask.😊🥰
