Vintage LG Circle poodle skirt kitty cat Halloween costume

Up for your consideration is this way too cute circle skirt that was home made but a very good job was done! It does appear to be felt but a very high quality fabric. As you can see it's lined, that fabric is very silky and white. I did see a couple of light stains on the white while steaming but they were faint and I couldn't picture them, nevertheless worth a mention. The waist measures 16" across or 38" around!
